Location of Salem Chapel

Salem Chapel is situated just 10 minutes drive from Launceston and only three minutes drive from the historical village of Longford.

Idyllically  situated overlooking hedges and the grassy green Norfolk Plains, Salem Chapel is the gem in the crown of "Piermont" a thoroughbred horse stud and training facility owned by Mary Ryan and her husband famed jockey, Bill Ryan.

Exit off the Bass Highway just west of Launceston. Now follow Pateena Road southwards for several minutes and look for our sign on the left hand side
of the road.

If coming to Salem Chapel from Hobart, take the Midlands Highway then turn westwards towards Longford. Take Pateena Road to the north from the centre of Longford village and look for us on your right hand side just a few minutes out of Longford.
